Anna Malatinszky
Anna Malatinszky is a Hungarian-American animator, educator, and arts advocate based in Atlanta, GA. She has animated for studios including Cartoon Network, Cartoon Saloon, Adult Swim, Bento Box, Awesome Inc, Titmouse, and Floyd County Productions, to create feature films, short films, series, music videos, ads, and more. A versatile animation generalist with a particular love for hand-drawn effects, she currently runs Linefolk Animation Studios, a boutique animation and motion design studio based in Atlanta, GA, and provides individual mentorship and education to up-and-coming creatives.

Owns and operates Atlanta-based animation studio Linefolk Animation Studios providing animation and motion design services to clients including Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Discovery Channel, Netflix, and State of Georgia. Regularly leads teams of up to 20 artists, communicates with clients, teaches and utilizes new techniques across 2D, 3D, and 2.5D art.

Freelance contract animating 2D FX for a series of marketing shorts. Worked with a small team of experienced artists on quick turnaround, utilizing 2D and 2.5D techniques in Toon Boom Harmony and Blender. Final product garnered over 50 million views across social media channels and was featured on the Nintendo homepage.

Hi, I'm Anna.
I'm a Hungarian-born artist, animator, and amateur woodworker living in Atlanta, GA. I earned my B.F.A. in Animation from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Savannah, GA and have been animating professionally for a decade. I'm currently having a blast as the executive producer of Linefolk Animation Studios, although I'm always on the lookout for new and fabulous opportunities to animate effects on select collaborations.
